So, the 7-miler is a tale of two races. The first being the one that Ralph ran. Ya see, when race day came it was 42 degrees and raining. Mother Nature would not get the best of Ralph. He toughed it out with 33 other runners and took second place in his division. Richard and I, however, gave in to Mother Nature and her cruel ways. We ran our 7 miles on the indoor track at the Fenton community center where weather is never an issue....the 66 1/2 laps were a bit trying, though. Anyway, to say the least there are no photos, just great memories.
