Well, members of the Full Life Running Club stepped it up a bit. We entered races longer than we had in the past. Richard and I signed up for the Quarter Marathon (actually 6.76 miles) while Cathy signed up for the Half Marathon (13.1 miles). It was tough but we were able to gut it out. The cool part is that we each won an award in our class. Our average pace was 11:38 per mile.

Yes, Cathy also got a medal for finishing the Half Marathon.
