Hey, did you know that Forest Park is not flat? Well three of us found that out. Actually Richard and I drove the route the evening before the run. His car seemed to handle the hills just fine. The three hills were not that bad and the temperature was about 40 degrees and sunny at start time. It turned out to be a great run. Richard and I set our goal time at under 32 minutes. Yes, slow for most people but have you seen us? We're not small. As you will see below we did it in stellar time. The Team posted an average finishing time of 32:03 and a "per mile" average time of 10:20. AND, every runner got a metal...how cool is that!
